Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked service. We do not charge restocking fees.

If you have received a product that is different to what you ordered, or the product you received is damaged, please contact us at hi@metalfingers.com.au. The product must be kept in the original box and packaging in an unused condition for refund or replacement.
