US orders are fulfilled from Chicago, Illinois. Australian and New Zealand orders are packed and shipped from our HQ in Adelaide, South Australia.

Orders placed before 12 PM Central Time are eligible for same-day dispatch from Chicago. Standard delivery is 3 to 5 business days, or 2 to 4 business days after dispatch on Express if you select it at checkout.

Australian orders are packed at our Adelaide HQ and ship within 1 to 2 business days, with standard delivery usually 2 to 5 business days.

We ship within Australia, within the United States, and to New Zealand. New Zealand orders are tracked, dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, and usually arrive in 4 to 7 business days.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.

Return shipping is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked service so nothing goes missing on the way back. We do not charge restocking fees.
